Live-Online  200.00  Class: Wednesday, 2/3/2026 9am - 12pm. Community of Practice: Wednesday, 3/3/2026 3pm - 4pm.

In our constantly changing world, making a plan and sticking to it could be the best way to ensure failure. While planning is essential, it is critical to focus on an outcome based goal rather than rigid execution of a specific, detailed set of dates and outputs. In this seminar we will practice using tools and techniques that are rooted in purpose, outcomes, and measurable results.

At the conclusion of the seminar, you will:

  1. Elicit and communicate the compelling need for a funded initiative
  2. A roadmap that is about measurable outcomes rather than deadlines and dollars spent
  3. Make a case for engaging the full team in the planning phase rather than waiting until a plan is “final” and the team can be “productive”.
  4. Understand that it’s not only OK, but sometimes essential to change direction.
