In this seminar, we will explore opportunities to commit to our ultimate desired outcome, and to make space for continuous learning about what does and does not support reaching our goal. Topics will include the value of early feedback, working in small increments of value, changing course based on unexpected external developments ,and customer involvement. An underlying theme of this session is identifying the core value, and trimming the ‘fat’ to enable faster realization of value.
