Live-Online  200.00  Class: Wednesday, 3/3/2026 9am - 12pm. Community of Practice: Wednesday, 3/3/2026 12pm - 1pm.

In this seminar, we will explore opportunities to commit to our ultimate desired outcome, and to make space for continuous learning about what does and does not support reaching our goal. Topics will include the value of early feedback, working in small increments of value, changing course based on unexpected external developments ,and customer involvement. An underlying theme of this session is identifying the core value, and trimming the ‘fat’ to enable faster realization of value.

At the conclusion of the seminar, you will:

  1. Have practiced decomposing deliverables into small, valuable increments
  2. Have a minimum of 2 techniques to prioritize work
  3. Have participated in a gamified Story Mapping activity that you can use to teach others about this effective and engaging process to create a shared understanding of work needed and the goals the work supports
  4. Participated in a story mapping session based on a case study.
