This workshop is designed to help individuals feel a greater sense of meaningful accomplishment at the end of a workday and to help organizations cut the human and financial costs associated with wasted time and efforts.
"I just don't have enough time. I wish there were more hours in the day!" Today's workplaces are more demanding than ever. You may be dealing with competing expectations, shifting priorities, and endless distractions. Productivity results, in a large part, from using your time wisely. This workshop gives you tools to focus, set priorities; thoughtfully organize and schedule your important work, minimize time wasters, and decrease the stress, frustration, and guilt often associated with today's workplace.

- Identify how they currently spend their time
- Identify and focus their energy on high-priority tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and on-going check of their activities relative to their priorities
- Navigate competing priorities
- Eliminate or better manage their biggest time wasters
