- Participation Certificate: Attend at least 4 out of 5 classes and contribute to class discussion.
- Level 1 Badge: Complete the mission, vision and values statement, the infrastructure checklist and SWOT analysis. Send these documents to your instructor by email before the final live lesson.
- Level 2 Badge: Create a draft strategic plan and send it to your instructor by email before the final live lesson.
