This interactive workshop is designed to help professionals harness the power of emotional intelligence (EQ) to enhance leadership, improve interpersonal relationships, and foster a more productive and positive workplace environment. Participants will explore how emotional intelligence; self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, social skills, and motivation can be applied to everyday work situations to drive success. Pre-Workshop Self-Assessment
Registered participants will complete an Emotional Intelligence Self-Assessment to identify their current EQ strengths and areas for improvement. The assessment results will serve as a guide for personalized growth throughout the workshop.
