This interactive workshop is designed to help professionals harness the power of emotional intelligence (EQ) to enhance leadership, improve interpersonal relationships, and foster a more productive and positive workplace environment. Participants will explore how emotional intelligence; self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, social skills, and motivation can be applied to everyday work situations to drive success. By the end of the session, participants will have practical strategies to develop their EQ and effectively apply it in both personal and professional settings.

Pre-Workshop Self-Assessment

Registered participants will complete an Emotional Intelligence Self-Assessment to identify their current EQ strengths and areas for improvement. The assessment results will serve as a guide for personalized growth throughout the workshop.

This two-hour, live-online course (.20 CEUs) can be combined with two additional microlearning modules to become the equivalent of one leadership elective for certificate courses in the Professional Development Programs.
