Pre-Workshop Self-Assessment
Registered participants will take a Self-Assessment to identify strengths and opportunities of improvement. The assessment results will provide a foundation to apply the workshop materials to an Individual Development Plan for continued growth.

Additional Information
This 2.5 hour, live-online course (.25 CEUs) can be combined with two additional microlearning modules to become the equivalent of one leadership elective for certificate courses in the Professional Development Programs.
