Clear and connected communication is the cornerstone of success in both personal and professional settings. It encompasses more than just words—it requires an integrative approach. In this immersive workshop, participants will embark on a journey to articulate their messages clearly, listen actively, and engage others more effectively, using a comprehensive five-step process. Through interactive activities and group discussions, participants will gain practical insights and strategies to communicate with clarity, understanding, and impact in diverse professional settings.

Additional Information

This two-hour, live-online course (.20 CEUs) can be combined with two additional mini-modules to become the equivalent of one leadership elective for certificate courses in the Professional Development Programs.
