Lean Six Sigma is a methodology for solving problems and improving processes. It includes strategies and tools for making key business processes more efficient and productive. This course will provide participants with a general understanding of Lean Six Sigma methods and will provide participants with tools that can be immediately applied for process improvement projects.

Learning Objectives

  • Participants will be able to use and apply Lean Six Sigma methods and tools back on the job
  • Participants will be prepared to lead project improvement teams
  • Participants will be able to identify and implement strategies for streamlining and improving processes

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for professionals overseeing lean teams or anyone who is interested in strengthening their knowledge and skills.
