This program is designed for human resources professionals, front-line supervisors, and business owners who want to understand current employment laws and how to apply them in the work environment. 

Additional Information

This course is part of the Certificate Program in Human Resource Management. It is recommended that Intro to Human Resources Management be taken before the other courses in the HR Certificate but it is not required to do so. Fifteen hours (1.5 CEUs)
