This self-paced introductory course is Level Two of a full Volunteer Management micro-credential. You have completed the first Introductory Volunteer Management course and are now heading into the second, which focuses on a more detailed look at the “Managing People” section of the volunteer management competencies.

Level One helped you develop a beginning knowledge of volunteer management. Now you will explore the seven competencies of volunteer management identified in the first course. We are glad you want to continue to learn more about managing volunteers.
