This self-paced introductory course is Level One of a full Volunteer Management micro-credential. Level One is designed to help you develop a beginning knowledge of volunteer management. You will be given an overview of what a volunteer manager does and complete exploration activities to help you examine aspects of volunteerism in Maine. In addition, you will be able to identify the seven competencies of volunteer management. We are glad you want to learn more about managing volunteers.
