Leading Cohesive Teams: Trust, Purpose, and Safety is an engaging live-online workshop designed to help leaders enhance team collaboration, trust, and overall performance.
This session provides practical tools and strategies to foster a purpose-driven, cohesive team environment. Participants will explore how to create psychological safety, support their team members effectively, and align the team around a shared mission for long-term success.

This 2.5-hour, live-online course (.25 CEU’s) can be combined with two additional microlearning modules to become the equivalent of one leadership elective for certificate courses in the Professional Development Programs.
