Learning Outcomes

After participating in this interactive workshop, you will be able to:

  • Define critical thinking and its value at work.
  • Identify situations requiring critical thinking.
  • Recognize the barriers to critical thinking.
  • Follow a critical thinking process that combines six unique perspectives for more effective problem solving.
  • Ask meaningful and relevant questions of yourself and others to improve individual and collaborative critical thinking processes.

Who Should Attend?

Aspiring leaders of people or supervisors, managers, leaders in any role that is responsible for results.

Additional Information

This three-hour, live-online course (.30 CEUs) can be combined with two additional mini course modules to become the equivalent of one leadership elective for certificate courses in the Professional Development Programs.
