Accountability is how effective leaders transform individual responsibilities into team results. Learning to reframe accountability into a reciprocal relationship can translate into an empowered and engaged team. This workshop will provide informative tools and practical strategies that can be used to implement a culture of accountability and drive positive results.

Learning Outcomes

  • Participants will learn accountability best practices on both the personal and organizational level including goal setting, role clarity and performance management.
  • This workshop will explore the critical roles communication and trust play in creating a culture of accountability.
  • Participants will gain tools to shape their own role as an accountability leader within their organization.

Who Should Attend?

Aspiring leaders or supervisors, managers, leaders in any role that is responsible for results.

Additional Information

This three-hour, live-online course (.30 CEUs) can be combined with two additional mini course modules to become the equivalent of one leadership elective for certificate courses in the Professional Development Programs.
