The Peer Leadership Development Circle brings together professionals who want to strengthen their leadership skills through reflection, collaboration, and peer support. Designed for anyone seeking to grow as a leader—whether or not they currently supervise others—this program creates a structured space to explore personal growth and real-world leadership challenges.

Over the course of the program, participants engage in a facilitated learning circle of 6–8 peers. Together, they build a foundation of shared leadership principles, complete an Immunity to Change™ Map to uncover and address personal barriers to growth, and participate in Case Clinics that use structured peer coaching to support one another’s leadership goals. Through this process, participants gain practical tools for navigating complexity, deepening self-awareness, and leading with authenticity and confidence.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the Peer Leadership Development Circle, participants will:

  • Identify and address internal barriers to personal and professional growth using the Immunity to Change™ framework.
  • Apply peer coaching and active listening techniques to support others’ leadership development.
  • Practice leading through influence, reflection, and collaboration rather than authority alone.
  • Design and begin implementing a personal leadership initiative aligned with their goals and organizational context.
  • Build a sustained community of practice to foster continued learning and accountability.
