Live-Online  200.00  Class: Wednesday, 1/28/2026 9am - 12pm. Community of Practice: Wednesday, 2/25/2026 12pm - 1pm.

Successful teams exist and thrive in environments where they are supported and trusted. The team is accountable as a team, and they have a common understanding of their purpose and their customers. A team that is told what to do and how to do it may be comfortable, but will not be innovative nor will they experience the power of their collective ideas and talents. In this seminar, you will develop a game plan to meet your teams where they are, and support them in harnessing the power of true collaboration.

At the conclusion of the seminar, you will:

  1. Be able to recognize the characteristics of high performing teams
  2. Understand what inspires and motivates team(s) to collaborate and deliver outcomes that matter.
  3. Have one or more action items that you can implement in your organization immediately
  4. Know some common pitfalls that interfere with team dynamics, and have strategies to address those
  5. Have access to resources to continue learning about team leadership and development
