This is a dynamic workshop series and community of practice designed to support healthcare professionals—both clinical and non-clinical—in creating a shared space to learn from and with each other across organizations.

Through interactive sessions, participants build practical skills in project and change management, address compassion fatigue, and strengthen professional resilience. By fostering cross-organizational collaboration and applying Community of Practice (CoP) principles, the program empowers participants to share insights, deepen engagement, and grow as effective, connected leaders.

Who Should Attend?

This program is designed for a wide range of healthcare professionals, including both clinical and non-clinical staff, such as physicians, community health advocates, healthcare administrators, educators, and trainers.

It also welcomes those in supporting roles like HR, IT, accounting, facilities, and communications—anyone involved in driving or supporting healthcare projects and initiatives.

Additional Information

Participants are expected to attend all sessions in order to build a strong community of practice and to receive a certificate. CEUs are granted for both in-class time (3 hours) as well as learning outside the class (equivalent to 2 hours per month).
