**Free Leadership Pilot Program**

Developing strong leadership skills early in one's supervisory career can significantly accelerate professional growth and enhance organizational impact. The Emerging Leaders Circle is designed specifically to empower new leaders who have taken on supervisory responsibilities within the last two years by providing them with the tools and support necessary to effectively navigate leadership challenges and unlock their potential.

In this course, small groups of 6 to 8 emerging leaders engage in structured action-learning circles. Each participant creates a personal change map, begins implementing their leadership initiative in the workplace, and receives peer coaching within their circle to overcome challenges. Through this community of practice, participants form meaningful connections and benefit from ongoing support as they grow into their supervisory roles.

Learning Objectives

  • Demonstrate increased confidence and effectiveness in navigating new supervisory responsibilities.
  • Design and implement a workplace leadership initiative using a personal change map.
  • Apply peer coaching techniques to address real-time supervisory challenges in the workplace.
  • Build a professional community of practice that supports ongoing leadership development.
