This bundle includes all three courses in the Introductory Volunteer Management micro-credential. Level One is designed to help you develop a beginning knowledge of volunteer management. You will be given an overview of what a volunteer manager does and complete exploration activities to help you examine aspects of volunteerism in Maine. In addition, you will be able to identify the seven competencies of volunteer management. 

Level Two focuses on a more detailed look at the “Managing People” section of the volunteer management competencies. Level One helped you develop a beginning knowledge of volunteer management. Now you will explore the seven competencies of volunteer management identified in the first course. We are glad you want to continue to learn more about managing volunteers. 

In Level Three, you will be asked to complete a volunteer management experience in which you will demonstrate proficiency in three of the seven volunteer management skill sets. We are glad you want to learn more about managing volunteers.
