Most companies are embracing Continuous Improvement culture in a quest for operational excellence. Lean Six Sigma projects, upon successful execution have always delivered either ‘hard save’ or ‘soft save’ to the organizations regardless of the type of projects. Hence more and more companies are adopting Lean Six Sigma philosophy as one of the pillars to seek excellence and deliver quality service and products to the customers: be it internal or external customers.

If you are not formally trained in Lean Six Sigma, or would like a refresher to your earlier training, this concise 4 module program will give you the key concepts of Lean Six Sigma Methodolgy in a shorter period of time.

The Goal of this program is to bring ‘Experiential Learning' to the classroom where real world case studies are discussed. The objective is for the students to walk away from each seperate module with a better understanding of these concepts so they can apply them in their everyday work environments.

Who Should Attend?

A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt is preferred, but in lieu of that, experience on a Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement team is highly recommended.
