This live-online workshop will provide best practices and workplace strategies in the field of conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills. Attendees will be provided with proven methods and techniques aimed at improving their ability to resolve problems, develop relationships, and manage conflict.
Conflict management is the practice of being able to identify and handle conflicts sensibly, fairly, and efficiently. It is the process of dealing with (perceived) incompatibilities or disagreements arising from, for example, diverging opinions, objectives, and needs. The workshop will provide best practices and workplace strategies in the field of conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills. Attendees will be provided with proven methods and techniques aimed at improving their ability to resolve problems, develop relationships, and manage conflict. The workshop will utilize an experiential learning approach enabling participants to apply what they have learned.
