Course Description

Generative AI has moved beyond one-off prompts. The AI-Powered Workplace: Driving Efficiency with Generative AI is a six-week, hands-on certificate course for professionals who want to use AI to improve real work without needing a technical background.

Participants will learn how to choose the right AI tool, set appropriate data boundaries, give useful context, verify outputs, and turn repeatable tasks into reusable workflows, assistants, and supervised agents. The course stays grounded in everyday workplace needs, including writing, research, meetings, reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, document review, workflow design, and responsible delegation.

By the end of the program, participants will have a practical AI workflow, assistant, analysis, or agent plan they can bring back to work, explain to colleagues, and continue improving over time.
