Gemini and NotebookLM are more than simple AI chat tools. They are integrated assistants within Google Workspace that can help draft content, manage communication, analyze information, and turn everyday documents into useful insights. In this practical, demonstration-based session, participants will explore what these tools do especially well, where they are most useful in daily work, and how to begin using them effectively across common tasks.

Participants will learn how Gemini works across Google Workspace applications and how it can support routine workflows such as managing email, drafting and editing documents, preparing meeting materials, and analyzing information. The session will demonstrate how Gemini can assist with email responses in Gmail, content creation and editing in Google Docs, and basic analysis and visualization in Google Sheets. Participants will also be introduced to NotebookLM and learn how it can help organize, summarize, and extract insights from their own documents.

By the end of the session, participants will understand the core capabilities of Gemini and NotebookLM and will be prepared to begin incorporating these tools into their daily work to improve efficiency and productivity.
