Gemini and NotebookLM can do far more than assist with individual tasks. When used together across Google Workspace, they can help transform collections of documents and data into structured insights, polished deliverables, and repeatable workflows. In this applied, hands-on session, participants will learn how to move beyond basic use and begin designing more powerful AI-supported processes for complex work.

Through scenario-based demonstrations and guided practice, participants will refine prompting strategies and learn how to iterate with AI to produce higher-quality outputs. The session will explore how Gemini can support triaging and drafting email in Gmail, generating structured drafts and polished deliverables in Google Docs, and accelerating analysis and reporting in Google Sheets.

Participants will also learn how to use NotebookLM to synthesize information across multiple documents, generate grounded summaries and Q&A, and create reusable knowledge briefs and meeting preparation materials.

By the end of the session, participants will have practical strategies for designing repeatable AI-assisted workflows that turn information stored in Google Drive into clear insights, structured outputs, and more efficient decision support.
