This session is for participants who already use Gemini and Gemini Notebook and who want to design workflows rather than run individual prompts. We will not revisit where Gemini appears in Workspace or how to configure it—that was the applied foundations session. We begin with what has changed since we last met, because both tools have moved and some earlier habits are now the slower path.
The session then takes on complex work. Participants will see synthesis across a substantial set of documents, drafting and substantive revision in Docs that holds a consistent voice across a long deliverable, and analysis in Sheets that goes well beyond a single formula—multi-step calculation, pattern analysis, and structured reporting output, with verification built in at each stage. The emphasis is on designing the workflow: what happens in which tool, in what order, and where a human reviews before the next step begins.
Reusability is treated as the difference between a useful demonstration and an institutional capability. Participants will see reusable Gems and templated instructions built from real recurring needs, so that a briefing format, a tone standard, or a standing analysis no longer depends on who is at the keyboard.
The session closes on Gemini Notebook used seriously, and on the judgment advanced work requires including data-security obligations.
