Contracting can create value and opportunities for all parties to a contract, but every step in its process—procurement, formation, management, and administration—presents countless challenges for compliance personnel in both the public and private sectors.

In this course, you’ll explore the fundamentals of contracts from a compliance perspective, including pre-solicitation requirements, the role of various stakeholders, due diligence, contract awarding, collateral policies and procedures, and the role of technology in contracting and contract management.

Professor Dave Canarie will also highlight contract-related ethical and social justice considerations, such as non-disclosure agreements, contract disputes, and online terms and conditions, and offer practical strategies for navigating them.
